Ingredients

  • 24 oz White chocolate flavored almond bark chopped
  • 20 Oreo cookies roughly chopped plus a few to crush on top

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. This will help with easy clean-up.
  • Microwave almond bark in 30-second increments, stirring well between each session until mostly melted, then stir until the almond bark is melted completely. Make sure to read melting instructions on the packaging of the almond bark you use for the best results.
  • Pour about 1/3 of the almond bark onto the prepared pan. Spread until the bark is about ¼” thick. Sprinkle Oreos on top of the bark, then spread the remaining almond bark on top. Use a spoon to spread the almond bark over the Oreos as best as you can. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top of the bark.
  • Allow the Oreo bark to cool until completely set. You can put it into the fridge to speed up the cooling process.
  • Use a sharp knife or use your hands to break off pieces to serve. Keep the bark chilled for an extra crunch for your first bite!
