Ingredients
1cupCold Unsalted Buttercut into small cubes
1cupBrown Sugar
1/2cupSugar
2Eggsroom temp
1 1/2cupsCake Flour*
1 1/2cupsFlour
1tspCornstarch
3/4tspBaking Soda
3/4tspSalt
1cupmini Oreo cookies
1cupmini Chips ahoy cookies
1cupChocolate chips
1/4cupOreoscrushed middle removed
1/4cupChip Ahoy Cookiescrushed
1/4cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 410 degrees.
Add butter, brown sugar, and sugar to a large mixing bowl.
Use either a handheld or a standing mixer to combine the above ingredients. Mix for about 4 minutes on medium or until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one before adding another.
Add the flours, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a large separate bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add the flour mixture with the butter mixture and mix on low speed until the mixtures are completely combined.
Dump in the Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and chocolate chips! Use low speed to mix completely.
Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or use a silicone baking sheet.
Using a cookie dough scoop, create 3.5 oz dough balls.
Place the 1⁄4 cup of Oreos, chip ahoy, and chocolate chips in a small bowl and mix to combine. Dip the dough ball into the cookie mixture and lightly press the dough into the mixture.
Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Set them to the side to allow them to cool. When still warm, scoop one up to enjoy!
Notes
*Be sure to use cake flour. It is a lower-protein flour that will help give the softer, chewier decadence that makes this the best chewy cookie monster cookie recipe!
