Valentine's Charcuterie Board (Easy Ideas)

A Valentine's Day charcuterie board is a great way to show your love and appreciation to someone special! This fun and easy sweet charcuterie board is super simple, with just a few ingredients, such as iced animal crackers, marshmallows, pink frosting with sprinkles, and delicious fresh strawberries.

Equipment

  • Circular Wooden Charcuterie Board
  • Large Star Piping TIp (8B Used)
  • Piping Bag

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Pink Frosting of Choice
  • Pink and White Frosted Animal Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • White PInk and Red Sprinkle Mix

Instructions

  • Make or buy your icing and prepare your piping bag by placing the metal tip inside the bag.
  • Snip the end of the bag and scoop the pink frosting to place inside the piping bag.
  • Pipe a medium-sized heart in the middle of the round wooden charcuterie board.
  • Place red, pink, and white Valentine sprinkles on top of the heart-shaped frosting.
  • Line the heart with a thick layer of mini marshmallows.
  • Next, alternate pink and white frosted animal crackers around the marshmallows, continuing with another heart-shaped layer.
  • Fill the center of the heart completely with strawberries.
  • Add about 6 strawberries to each side of the heart to cover a large part of the charcuterie board.
  • Place one strawberry in between the divet of the heart, at the top center of the board.
  • Use the piping bag to add the finishing touches to the board. Fill in any other accessible areas of the charcuterie board with dots of frosting, then top the frosting with sprinkles.
  • Step back, admire your creation and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Tips:
Use a thick enough frosting pipable enough to hold the star tip design. If you are a store-bought frosting snob like me, strawberry buttercream icing or homemade buttercream with a few drops of red food coloring.
