  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Turn on the air fryer and preheat to 400F.
  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under running water. Use a clean towel or paper towel to dry them. Cut each potato in half using a knife. You can do this by placing the potato on a cutting board and carefully slicing it down the middle.
  • Next, place the cut potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil and spices, then mix the potatoes so each piece is coated with the spice mixture. If you have time, let them marinate in the spices for 15 minutes before cooking to allow the flavor to soak in.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, transfer the potato halves to the air fryer basket. Place the potatoes in a single layer so that they cook evenly. If needed, you can cook them in batches.
  • Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, then open the air fryer basket and shake it to ensure they cook evenly. Close the basket and air fry the potatoes for 5-10 minutes.
  • At the end of the cooking time, pierce one of the potato halves with the skewer - it should be soft inside. If it's not soft, you can air fry them for a few more minutes until they are cooked to your liking.
